- The Platform is intended for educational, informational, and personal purposes within the field of engineering.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
- It is strictly prohibited to use the Platform in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers, or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the Platform.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the accounts of users who violate these Terms.
3. Intellectual Property
The content of the Platform, including software, design, text, and graphics, is protected by copyright laws and belongs to engineeringcaffe or its licensors. Content created by you (projects, drawings, models, calculations) belongs to you; however, by creating such content, you grant us a license to store and display it as required for the functionality of the Platform.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
IMPORTANT: All tools available on the Platform (including, but not limited to, the 2D CAD Editor, 3D Model Viewer, Load Calculator, 2D/3D CNC Simulator, and downloadable software such as PyNC Viewer) are provided on an "AS IS" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
These tools are primarily intended for educational and informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, they may contain errors, inaccuracies, or limitations. Results obtained using these tools must NOT be used as the sole basis for decision-making in real-world engineering projects, construction, manufacturing, or any situation where an incorrect result could lead to material damage, personal injury, or loss of life.
The user assumes full responsibility for verifying and validating all results obtained through the Platform before applying them. We strongly recommend consulting with a qualified professional engineer for all real-world projects. engineeringcaffe explicitly disclaims all liability for any damages arising directly or indirectly from the use of tools provided on this Platform.
5. Termination of Use
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Platform or any part thereof at any time, with or without notice.

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Serbia.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. You will be notified of any significant changes. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
